Essential Criteria: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Professional Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Industry Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Industry Advantage: Experience within the motor or aviation industry is highly desirable.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favourable outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
