SERE Holdings Ltd – Modern Slavery Act 2021

SERE Holdings Ltd is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain and places the same expectations on its suppliers. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for SERE Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
SERE Holdings Ltd operates five subsidiary UK companies in motor retail, FBO aviation services and medical transport industries. SERE Holdings directly employs over 250 people. SERE Holdings and the subsidiary companies within it have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect the
same high standards from suppliers. To prevent slavery and human trafficking, SERE Holdings prohibits all areas of its business and supply chains from using slavery and human trafficking of any kind.
SERE Holdings complies fully with minimum wage legislation and requires this also of any contractors. We ensure that all SERE Holdings employees have the right to work in the UK. The principal areas in which there is a risk of human trafficking and slavery are those related to our supply chains. SERE Holdings requires that all supply chains of each supplier is in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 but due to the breadth of its businesses and supply chains SERE Holdings is not in a position to check every business relationship.

Any instances of non-compliance of which SERE Holdings is made aware, will be assessed on a caseby-case basis. Remedial action will be taken and tailored to suit the circumstances. SERE Holdings will only trade with those who fully comply with this statement. If full compliance is not met, SERE Holdings will temporarily suspend its business with that supplier (to the extent permitted under contract or by law).
The ultimate sanction for the continual failure to comply will be for SERE Holdings to cease to trade with that supplier (to the extent as permitted under contract or by law).

All employees are provided with full details of all our policies (including this statement) upon joining the company. This policy is available on subsidiary company websites. SERE Holdings policies and procedures are under regular review and this statement will be reviewed and updated as necessary on an annual basis.
