To support our continued growth and ensure the seamless execution of these vital operations, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Flight Operations Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Flight Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our flight operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
Location: Belfast International Airport
Reporting to: Flight Operations Manager.

- This role operates on a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule, with overtime opportunities available to cover leave and absence within the broader Operations Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Flight Planning Administration and Optimisation: Ensuring efficient and accurate flight planning activities.
- Pre-Ops Mailbox Management: Maintaining a clear and actionable pre-operations workflow for future flight schedules.
- Crew Roster Management: Overseeing daily crew rostering within company and UK CAA limits.
- Permits and Permissions: Securing necessary permits and permissions for scheduled flights.
- Airfield and Route Briefings: Overseeing airfield categorisation and providing comprehensive area and route briefings.
- Operations Manual Part C Maintenance: Ensuring the Operations Manual Part C is accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Providing effective leadership and supervision to the Operations Team on duty.
- Mentoring and Training: Providing mentoring and delivering initial and ongoing training to Operations Team members.
- Technical Training Development: Developing and delivering technical training for the Operations Team.
- Operations Control Software Administration: Managing and administering Operations Control Software.
- Statistical Reporting: Providing relevant statistical input at company meetings.
- DFO Standards Monitoring: Monitoring and promoting standards set by the Designated Flight Operations (DFO).
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the Flight Operations Manager.
- Flight Operations Manager Deputisation: Deputising for the Flight Operations Manager as required.
